"The non-smoking room was of excellent quality for the budget!"

This property is very close to various restaurants and shopping. The room was very clean. This non-smoking room had absolutely zero smoke smells. Excellent channel selection on DirecTV. Quick release on the Non-Smoking room deposit. Very friendly staff.

The light socket, by the bed, did not work.

"1950's Motel with limited updates"

Bathroom somewhat updated but lowest quality towels and potato bugs. Really inconvenient light switches and almost no outlets to charge devices. Microwave and fridge but not plugged in yielding scary tipover events to rectify. Heater made disconcerting noises. Ice bucket but no visible machine.
