The husband/wife duo that created us in the lobby were over the top helpful and polite.

2 of the 3 wall lights in the room didn't work. Not bulb related.

Easy to find, great location, great personality, friendly host. I mostly stay at impersonal/sterile chain hotels which are nice and efficient but it’s nice to stay somewhere with personality, staffed with someone who really knows the town.

I suppose my only concern was the TV. I wasn’t familiar with system, I think it was Roku. But I wasn’t there to watch TV so who cares.
