"Repeat Visit😊, Great Staff All-Around!"

We’ve stayed here before👍 The front desk staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Only reason we rate this stay with 4-stars is the mattress was so uncomfortable 😳. Front desk said to request a different room next time, so they must have different king mattresses throughout 🤷‍♀️. Breakfast was good! The young lady who takes care of breakfast is very good at what she does!And, you can definitely tell that she cares about pleasing the customers.

Just a quick stop for the night on the way to Myrtle beach. Rooms clean and was a late booking. 2 adults 3 children. No bedding for the pull out couch and only 3 bath towels. But front desk gor extra linens and towels quickly great value for the amenities and wonderful staff

Everything was great....the entire staff was so friendly and helpful....if I'm in the area again I would surely choose this hotel again. Big shout out to Vanessa (I believe is her name at the front desk...so very nice! Thank You!

"Rocky Mount hotel stay"

It was way too expensive but a nice hotel. The bee was a little uncomfortable. I feel like the mattresses needs to be updated. The staff was helpful and accommodating of our group.

"Excellent hotel to stay at"

This hotel came to our rescue when we tried staying at a Hilton Tru. That hotel was horrible. We have stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Rocky Mount, NC numerous times but they were booked to capacity when we tried making a reservation so we opted for the Hilton. When our stay at the Hilton was a disaster we called the Fairfield and they had a cancellation so we were very fortunate and took advantage of it. As always it was a great place to sleep. Only suggestion I would make is to change the breakfast that is available. Not my favorite. The Fairfield in Virginia Beach and the Fairfield in Santee have great breakfasts.

The front desk clerk at check in acted like I was interrupting her from something. She was in a room off to the side and I had to make clear my throat loudly and she finally came out.
