No A/C in building no TV either

To clarify: it is not my first Numa stay, so I'm familiar with the concept, and enjoy the freedom and flexibility it offers. Unfortunately, this time around there was a bit of an unfortunate situation where I needed support from the online reception for my check-in and no one came back to me for more than an hour (expected wait time is typically 5-10 mins)—of course, it means I wasn't able to check in timely and had to shift all my plans significantly. The way support tackled the situation was not ideal either, but luckily, after a few messages, they offered me at least some kind of a reimbursement (late check out). Apart from this, I can only recommend staying in this particular building with its rich history—if you don't mind slightly dated premises. The view from the top floors is impeccable, and there's a workspace located in the room of a former CEO for 4711 cologne water.

The way online check-in is structured: if you booked for two people, it doesn't allow you to proceed or change your reservation without submitting the second guest's data. This definitely needs to be adjusted: sometimes your travel plans change, and inability to receive an entrance code just because you cannot submit a "ghost" guest passport scan is ridiculous.
