Good bathtub

1. I was contacted through WhatsApp by staff from the hotel informing me that the price wasn't $30 like it said on my reservation. It was instead $50. They took long to respond and sent voice notes. 2. The room wasn't like in the pictures: there is no sitting area like shown for the presidential suite. 3. When we turned the bathtub on, a lot of flower petals came out. Other things might have come out with them. 4. When coming back from dinner we had to wait for about 15min for someone to open the front door. We called and he wasn't at any point apologetic or in a rush to let us in. 5. The windows have no isolation. You can hear everything that's happening outside and it's quite a busy area, especially early in the morning. 6. Breakfast was basically the same as we had at a hostel in Cuenca that cost $15 a night. Also, we got brought food and no cutlery. When I got up to get some both staff that were in the kitchen ignored me. Just not the best experience or the most professional staff

This property is very noisy. At 6,30 AM the receptionist plays music and it can be heard in the whole hotel. Also, my room smells as sewerage because it was not properly aired. Look for another hotel!

Estuve muy a gusto durante toda mi estadía. No obstante, por la disponibilidad no tenían habitaciones matrimoniales, más sin embargo supieron resolver. Toda la atención fue muy buena, más sin embargo me hubiera gustado haber entablado más amistad con los colaboradores.

No cumplen con las reservas de internet muy mala impresión para la primera vista me ubicaron a otro hotel pero donde la habitación para cada con anticipación le dieron a otra persona

Fue una agradable experiencia, todo queda cerca, la atención muy buena, un lugar muy acogedor

Un lugar fantástico!! Limpieza, instalaciones, servicio y personal ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Recomendado!!

Lugar tranquilo y buen ubicado a pocos metros de la plaza central, terminal de buses y aeropuerto
