"2nd Time Here"

This is the 2nd time I stay at this location. The rooms are clean and staff is friendly and helpful, from the check-in desk, to the housekeeping staff. Shoutout to Mey, John and Mariana. Despite it being a very busy morning because of a kids hockey tournament, they still took the time to help with my requests and kept the breakfast area stocked.

"Best hotel ever"

I had such a great experience at Element Hotel! From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, modern, and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed — and I especially loved that the room had a mini kitchen. It made the stay so much more convenient having a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and space to prep small meals. Perfect for longer stays or just having snacks and drinks on hand. A huge shoutout to Davina at the front desk — she was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of, answered all my questions with a smile, and made the entire experience seamless. Customer service like hers truly makes a difference. I’ll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

"Clean, comfortable beds, and AWESOME BREAKFAST!"

We always stay at this Element when we visit our son at Santa Clara University. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is amazing! Everyday, the breakfast is stocked with fresh fruit, a delicious yogurt bar, espresso coffees, and the best part is tasty daily breakfast specials and hot items. Mey, the cook, serves the delicious hot dishes with a smile. John is constantly at work keeping the items restocked and somehow Mariana manages to keep up with keep the dishes cleared and cleaned! We look forward to staying here again on our next visit!

We stay at the Element every time we visit our daughter at SCU. Everyone is helpful and friendly and breakfast always starts us off in the right way. John, the server greets us with a smile and a friendly greeting, Mey cooks the most delicious food and accommodates special orders, and dishes are abundant and sparkling clean thanks to Mariana!
