As you enter the main lobby, I was greeted by Alex, and he explained all the amenities and was super helpful. My room was clean and new. Fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, large TV, usb outlets, coffee machine, iron, so many amenities.

My booking was quite complicated, but Julie patiently answered all my questions, found solutions quickly, and always greeted me with a warm smile.
