Hyde Ibiza

I stayed at Hyde in 2024 and booked it again in 2025 on the back of an extremely positive experience. The quality massively dropped: the room had a number of issues which made it more of a 2-stars than a 4-stars hotel, primarily due to lack of maintenance. The breakfast was the spectrum of last year’s. All in all, a notable decline - not worth the money.

Cela fait la deuxième fois que je me rends dans cet Hôtel en moins d’un an. Globalement excellent. Juste améliorer quelques points pour le petit dej ; café en poudre et eau chaude si on ne veut pas utiliser la machine électrique! Je préférais la disposition autour de la piscine en août ! En revanche l Ice Coffe est mauvais faut revoir la recette avec le Barman !

We had problems with aircon on floor 8. Twice they said it was fixed and it wasn't. 3 night it took from 11:30 to 1:30am to sort a new room.

A very enjoyable venue to celebrate our daughter completing her exams. Whilst the standard rooms were on the smaller side and service was slow, the interior design, breakfast and pools were terrific. Super convenient gated access to the beautiful Cala Llonga beach and efficient concierge service when requesting taxi transfers. Would recommend.

Des petots produits de beautés dans la chambre type creme pour le corps etc....mais sinon tres bien.

Very disappointed in the hotel, air con didn’t work, toilet stunk of drains , we were told this had been sorted but the smell was disgusting throughout the whole week we stayed.

Amazing visit, however our room wasn’t attended to and cleaned frequently, and the room service didn’t run when we had a request. I would stay again due to the location but hope this improves!

Hotel was nice enough, however, the air con is terrible. It isn't even that hot when we stayed (around 25 degree, early June) but the air con was rubbish. They came three times to look at it and supposedly fix it. But it never really felt like it was cooling the room so we were always hot, especially when sleeping so had a bad sleep. Rooms are small and the bathroom also felt cramped.Pillows weren't great so had to request more. I wouldn't stay here again on account of the air con not being great.
