Hyde Ibiza

We had a fabulous time at Hyde Ibiza. Great amenities and location. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was beautiful and a perfect place to relax being nearby the beach and restaurants, secluded by a beautiful cove. However with service issues being consistent throughout our stay, we ran into a lot of issues with Hyde Hotel. Nobody answering the phone, waiting an hour for our food and drinks by the pool, NIKO restaurant took long time to apply our discount and hesitated to even give it. Also the ATM on the property will still process your transaction even if you click cancel, this happened twice during our stay. Although there were cons with Hyde, a special shoutout is deserved to the bartender at the bar by the lobby. He modified the drink to my liking too! Very sweet of him.

Très bel hôtel bord de crique personnel sympa jeune et dynamique dans l ensemble. Très bon petit dej. Gros bémol pas de transat sur la plage comme stipulé pourtant à moins de payer et pire transat autour de la piscine principale presque tous les transats sont réservés et payants ou la consommation est exigée c’est scandaleux c’est une véritable mafia et rien que pour ça je ne reviendrais pas moi l amoureuse d Ibiza. Je ne vois pas en quoi le prix plutôt cher tout de même ne nous donne pas accès à ces transats même si on ne consomme pas ou cela devrait être stipulé

The pools that sell the property on the ads have a min spend of 80 euros a day, so we reserved one as it also has a DJ. We were asked to choose which specific bed we'd like. We came down the next day to find it had gone so we took another, then around 3/4 we asked where the DJ was. Then we asked again, and again, and again. Three members of staff who all said they'd find out and be right back and they looked blank when we asked again, finally we got an answer...apparently sick, they should have been there at 12. Had we been told we'd have spent our day and money elsewhere but to his credit the manager knocked something off our bill. Chips that came were hard and cold but were replaced. it is expensive, 12 euros for a mocktail (I am pregnant). We were delivered drinks for another bed and found them on our bill and had to ask for them to be removed. Shambles, but hopefully just a bad day for them. Ordered room service one night, one burger was fab, the other had obviously been microwaved to oblivion and was a greasy, disintegrating mess and inedible. TV casting didn't work. The rooms are small but nicely decorated, the shower is great if you enjoy hot and cold therapy but not much good for anything else. Taxis came promptly every time we ordered and the valets were very good. Style over function in a beautiful setting but there isn't much to Cala Llonga (Nun on the beach is a must visit though), we would stay in Santa Eularia or the old town if we came again.

Hébergement très agréable et propre, personnel très agréable toujours souriant et disponible. Petit déjeuner top le seul hic parking cher et boissons un peu cher autour de la piscine. Nous conseillons une voiture pour faire les cala👌

Hotel was amazing and the staff were fantastic. The atmosphere round the hotel and beach was excellent. Outside the hotel and beach area there are very limited options for food and nightlife though. A lovely spot to relax and unwind but not the best if you are looking for any nightlife or entertainment.
