The host is very nice and he arranges the tours and rooms in a very good manner. Btw the cat inside the hotel is very very cute.

The location may not be feasible for some older people as everyone you need to go to the city centre, you can need climb up several stairs.

"Fijne accomodatie in het centrum"

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, ruime kamer met uitzicht op de bergen. De ligging is ook fijn, in het centrum van Sapa. Duidelijke instructies van tevoren ivm inchecken (omdat ik laat aankwam).

Doordat de badkamer heel nat wordt bij het douchen zit er overal veel kalk. De airco staat precies op het bed gericht waardoor het koud is zodra je deze aanzet. Iets meer keuze qua ontbijt zou fijn zijn.

"Super nettes Personal, komfortables Zimmer, aber nicht der Mega view wie gedacht :) trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen!"

Der Ausblick war leider nicht so wie erwartet, da das Hotel doch recht zugebaut war. Wir hatten zwar ein Fenster mit Blick auf die Berge, aber der Rest der Aussicht war mit Hinterhof und Straße bedeckt.

One of my favorite parts of the stay was the hotel concierge. I can’t believe I didn’t get his name but he was amazing. Helped us out so much with our stay including booking tours.

The one thing I would change or would like is for the restrooms to have a squeegee for the floor so it doesn’t stay wet after a shower.
