"It was one of the worst accommodation I ever experienced."

It was dirty. The fountain made noise all nightC it was disturbing. But what was the worst, receptionist ask me to cancel booking and rebook through their website. I refused and than I got text message from the other personal of hostel, that next time if I will not book the room through their website, they will cancel my reservation.
