Everything was exactly as expected upon arrival with the very clear directions sent to me at my remote check-in (which I was very grateful for as I wouldn’t gotten to my event on time otherwise) Other travellers were very respectful and quiet, even outside “quiet hours” the only downside is having 2 restrooms to accommodate all the pods. Had to squirm for a bit upon waking up as both were occupied for showers. Otherwise a great Hostel. Sadie was a wonderful hostess and ensured I had everything I needed as I headed out into town for the night.

Close to little Italy

Facility was somewhat dirty, bunk bed stairs are a little difficult to get up, with only one tiny handle to hold on, needs upgrade, kitchen was messy, they have people that actually live there, from what I was told, and if you want a parking spot its $20 dollars more!

No towel for a shower and staff doesn’t clean

Great staff and location

Bed bugs and covered in bed bug bites (a series of bites in a line). They aren't cleaning the sheets and bedding.
