Open space. Cheap. No one bothered my belongings or my food. Very quiet. There’s no partying or loud noises. Everyone is very relaxed quiet and kept to themselves.

Room share was mixed female and males together. A bit humid during the day with just fans in each room. At night it cooled down. The shower door didn’t have a lock but no one walked in. The pictures make the place look clean and well kept. However, keep in mind over years time people come and go and make messes.

I wasn’t expecting a facility that made me feel totally uncomfortable and racially unwelcome during my stay. Next, I was told that I couldn’t wash my clothes because only the manager at the facility was allowed to wash my clothes, but when I asked her to wash my clothes she told me “NO”. At 3:33 am in the morning I was awakened by loud talking when I was told that “Quiet time starts at 10pm and no TV after 10pm. Finally the shower in the facility was unsanitary and dirty. That they give us 2 pillows! With the thickish mattress, and 2 pillows = SO COMFORTABLE

They have a lot of fans, but it still tends to be hot inside there. I bring my own fan with me each time! With the fan blowing right on my face, the temperature is ok !!

Live Bed bugs on sheets - pics -disguesting Mold Everything very dirty Soo hot had to be gone all the time was unbearably hot no ac or ceiling fans or windows in a cement building 1 bathroom very small &dirty lock broke off no 1 fixed it Always out of toilet paper Staff unavailable most the time Quiet hours not honored- people watching tv- talking loud- cooking @ 3am crashing around No room in fridge 4 food to cook -had to eat out every day Verbally attacked by staff when outlet didnt work asked to borrow 1 to use - almost yelled at to go buy 1 in front of other people No coffee Prepaid for a reservation & was canceled for unknown reason day of was out $ Pay them & had to pay again 4 other accommodation & travel last minute - resulting in having to cancel most the work day work calls etc

Location great. In Little Italy. Friendly and helpful staff. Interesting space. We’re able to store our bicycles inside.

Not enough rest rooms. Only 2 for 16 people. One of the toilets doesn’t flush well. No ventilation system apart from a few portable air conditioners. Very hot! Noisy as small dorm room has no ceiling and is open to noise from kitchen and sitting room. Dirty fridge that has not been cleared or cleaned for god knows how long! Grubby towels. Generally needs a good clean up!

The location is great.

Its a little bit hot during the day. And the poda are not very private.
