Urban Boutique Hotel; BW Signature Collection

Everything. The beds are sooo comfortable. Pillow selection was also nice. I was blown away that they have walk-in showers, that was an unexpected bonus. You can also watch TV how you choose, cable or streaming. They have a kcup coffee maker in all the rooms. The breakfast is pretty good and plentiful for a hotel. Noise level was low, except the occasional loud vehicle. That's to be expected considering the hotel is on a major thoroughfare. The entire staff make you feel welcome and like family.

I literally have no complaints.

It was convenient easy to find

Big bang for the buck. Exceptually clean and well appointed. The staff was always there and attended to any needs. The buffet breakfast is truely well done. I don’t eat meat or wheat but all looked very good. There is a large eating area. All food must be eaten in this area. I would have liked to bring a little buffet and coffee back to my room but I understand why the rule is in place. I would rather have a big free immaculate room than coffee and breakfast in bed.

Really have no complaints.

Plenty of parking just seven minutes away from downtown Greenville. Great air conditioning.

Road noise through paper thin walls. Damp and musky. Bottom bed sheet too small to fit the way to soft king bed, came loose many times. The out door corridor had people talking till 11pm just outside our door. When a guest put too much batter on waffle iron the lady attendant walked up to him and said he needs to clean it up. She was also upset when another guest pointed out that all their yogurt was expired. She went and brought out a new box of yogurt and had the guest take one and then returned box to storage- not bothering to replace the expired yogurt on serving line. Sorry this sounds all bad, but it is what it is.

I liked the location from downtown. There is a park on back of the hotel with nice trail and a Disc Golf course.

The entrance sign was almost hidden, easy to miss. It had a very strong smell to Pinesol in the lobby and room. Breakfast wasn’t bad. There was a stain on our sheet
