Very clean and fresh room. Comfy bed. Nice balcony overlooking the pool…..which was very dirty the day I arrived but there was a boy with a pool hover starting to clean it- so I had hoped to use it later that day. Unfortunately that was not the case- I returned a few hours later and the pool had still to be cleaned. Hoover sitting in pool, switched off, boy no where to be seen.

I was asked for payment when I arrived- which is unusual -as they were also provided with my passport number for security. I was told of the check out time when I arrived- which is fine- but I didn’t want or need another reminder of the check out time the next morning- more than 30 Minutes before the actual check out time. I felt like I was being rushed to leave. I booked this property for 1 night - as it had a pool- but unfortunately the pool was unusable/dirty until I was checking out the next day…..

Ruime kamers, erg schoon, ideale locatie, vriendelijk personeel. Goede prijs/kwaliteit. Voor weinig geld een prima kort verblijf.

Er is niet iets wat ons echt tegen viel, maar meer om rekening mee te houden als je hier verblijft: Er is geen pinapparaat dus betaal cash, niet al het personeel spreekt Engels, niet altijd warm water, het zwembad is niet echt iets waar je gezellig aan gaat liggen.

Room was really big, balcony and little kitchen, immaculate kept, huge 4 poster bed - extremely good value for money and were flexible on our check out time

They weren’t ready for us when we arrived and we thought it was going to go wrong with the booking, however we waited half an hour and it was worth the wait - they even offered us a discount

The room was extremely clean and stocked with complimentary water, tea and coffee. We made us of the pool everyday which was nice and refreshing. The hotel is only around a 250m walk from the main road where there is a great restaurant called the Happy Spoon. The room was also very modern with great bathroom facilities and equipped with efficient air conditioning and fan. Would 1000% recommend and stay again, the hosts were so helpful with any help we needed via WhatsApp and in person. A nice balcony also to sit outside was an added bonus also. I am brutally honest, and there was genuinely not a thing to critique or criticise.

The location is good, its ok for one night

The room & toilet full of insects and ants , smelly pillows however we asked the staff to change but smell remains there

This was an exceptional stay, and so cheap. The room is beautifully decorated and clean. In fact I would say this is the only property in Sri Lanka that felt cosy, it had pretty lights, a balcony with table and chairs and a proper shower with glass. Loved the pool, although small it's really nice and you can relax on the beach loungers in the courtyards. There are also washing machines but we didn't use them.

The property is a good 15 minutes from Turtle Beach, there didn't seem to be shops around. Shame that there was no fridge in the room.

The property in general is really nice, great pool and chilling area, very big rooms with everything you need

We were completely devoured by mosquitos, could be easily fixed by installing a bed net

Useful to use the bikes as you can reach main road much quicker Love the monkeys!

This place is just perfect. Well appointed comfortable rooms. Kitchen is also just right for late night snacks of breakfast. Cutlery and cooking equipment is also spot on right down to the sharp knife. Bed was an 11 out of 10 with super comfortable pillows and mattress. Staff are super helpful and attentive. When they cleaned my room they even put chilled beer mugs in the fridge. Rooms and brand new and supper clean and well thought out right down to tasteful useful furniture. Excellent bathroom and shower. Balcony is also superb. Definitely worth a 10 our of 10.
