No complaints. Central location

I enjoyed the modern look and clean, basic feel. Breakfast options were good and the area well stocked and clean. The light from the thermostat and blinking fire alarm were absolutely horrendous for sleeping. The bathroom fan seemed to always produce a high pitched noise that was annoying.

Modern property that was very clean and nice It was differe t in that there was no coffee maker nor microwave in room but great ciffee in main area offered 24/7. Also had good free breakfast. Overall good place to stay.

My two daughters and I stayed at this property. Everyone was very nice and helpful with any of our needs. This location is so convenient to anything that you desire to do.

Overall property felt clean and safe. Ample parking. Convenient location. Complimentary breakfast and coffee. Coffee was brewed on-demand with freshly ground beans.

1.) Booking.com said the room would be a 'suite' with 2 bedrooms. This property does not have that type of room according to the front desk. Very disappointing. 2.) Although the location was convenient, there were train tracks and siding just across from the hotel which were quite noisy late into the night. Request a room on the opposite side of the building or just avoid. 3.) AC units were quite loud and jarring when they cycled. You'll want to turn it off or on full cold to prevent cycling. 4.) Breakfast was more of a 'grab and go' type setup with pre-made biscuits etc. There were cereals and breads. All the breads were stale and dry. 5.) Pool was closed and tiny anyhow.

The bed

First I was not provided the same rooms I booked (1 king and 2 standard-one for my daughters and one for my sister). I was then billed for all three rooms when my sister paid her own. I asked for a refund and I still have not seen it. It is almost a week. 2nd-there was a huge fight on the floor under me. I tried to call the front desk at 5 in the morning to see if they could do anything and no one answered. It lasted for over 30 minutes.

The property was fine as was the stay. It was the most expensive hotel we stayed at on our week long trip by a lot. Did not see the value over the other places we stayed.

Beds were fine.

The noise my god the noise was horrible

Great location, helpful staff and very clean! My first experience ad an Avid hotel, will stay again!
