Great location for exploring the old town

Apartment was dated but perfectly functional

Location couldn't be better right outside Korcula town gate. Two parking options available. At first appearance and in the photos the room looks great but it is very tired and in need of repairs and a good clean.

Maintenance is severely lacking as is attention to detail and thought as to what guests need. Towels were so old and ragged. Floor is uneven and trip hazard in spots. Shower is terrible - shower rose is too low, cubicle is tiny and lots of mould. Broken towel rail, broken bin pedal left lying on the floor. Kitchen tap is all loose with floppy faucet. Things like no wine glasses but heaps of espresso sized cups... but no coffee machine! Weird glass sugar bowl things with lids which no-one would use. Pot cupboard a big pile of stuff all stacked up.....seems like random stuff leftover from the owners house. The owner/host said all of this was because it was the end of a busy season. So maybe if you stay at the beginning of the season it would be ok???

Location was excellent. Property was clean. Host was responsive on arrival. Rooms are small.

No coffee maker or coffee supplies.

Fantastic atmosphere, great location and very comfortable and clean.

We were warmly welcomed by Filip, who gave us helpful insights and made us feel at home. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and clean in a perfect location. Everything we needed was within walking distance of the apartment, and we especially enjoyed old town Korčula. Highly recommended!

Not sure how many guests actually cook at the apartment, but utensils could use an upgrade.

Reasonably sized space and clean and tidy. Excellent location, good restaurant downstairs, close to beach.

Towels and tea towels were poor quality, need to be replaced with better quality linen. Flooring and general finish of apartment was basic.

Location was perfect, at the enter in the old town. The entire appartment was in that old style and it had all we needed. The host was amazing and gave us great recomendations.
