The hostel is pretty nice: rooms seemed clean and facilities were nice. However, I had to get a low score for how I was treated a check-in. Receptionist was rude and unwelcoming. Also the terrace was closed with no explanations.

Hotel alegre, festivo, com funcionarios amáveis e prestativos. Fiquei num quarto de casal com banheiro privativo. Todas as minhas solicitações foram prontamente atendidas, cheguei antes da hora do check-in, mas arrumaram um quarto bem rapido e me deixaram entrar e quando reclamei do calor no quarto, porque a janela nao abria, me trocaram de quarto. O café da manhã é preparado com muito capricho, tudo feito na hora. A localização também é boa. Apenas sugiro que, como nao há armário no quarto, coloquem mais alguns ganchos na parede para os hóspedes pendurarem casacos e etc. Um detalhe importante: para guardar as malas tem que pagar, é um serviço terceirizado. Nao é um hotel de luxo, mas tem tudo que se precisa.
Stood here for one night to explore Marseille, it was a perfect location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great and quiet. The building gives you the feel you’re looking for and I love that you can rent lockers after checking out !
Although bathtowels need extra pay, hot water is not available in the shower rooms. There are neither soaps nor shampoos
