Aucun séjour qd on est mal accueilli je suis pas restée.
Bon séjour au niveau de l’hôtel … cependant nous avons vite déchanté lorsque au matin, gares devant l’hôtel nous avons retrouvé la voiture vandalisée et dépouillée … cela nous a gâché le séjour familial… la vie est en insécurité partout où vous vous déplacez! L’hôtel devrait penser à un forfait parking pour la sécurité de ses clients
I asked direction several times but they never provided that which tells they don't care for guest inquiry. It was an okay place to stay since people kept partying and shouting here until almost midnight. I complained to a man who was in the office and he did not care much that indicated he did not pay attention to guest rights. We also found a lady official who proved helpful.
Good value for money, decent location within walking distance of the old port/old town, friendly staff and clean. I would stay here again.
Hostel is nice and clean. Bathroom is tiny. I am 5'7 130lb and bruised both my elbows trying to shower and brush my teeth. Facing the busy street was very hard to sleep at night especially with jet lag but for the price, it will do for a short stay.
〇かなり新しいホステルで全ての設備がきれい。 〇ベッド内に物を置くスペースがかなりあり、使いやすい。ロッカーも各ベッドに一つ割り当てられている。 〇ホステルにランドリーはないが、徒歩15秒の場所にコインランドリーがあるので便利。 ✕シャワーのスペースに物を置く場所がない。また、水を遮る物が全くないため、シャワーブースはいつも水浸し。 ✕エレベーターはカードキーを使わないと指定の階に行けないようになっているが、階段はセキュリティがないため無意味。
Great location location location. No room amenities whatsoever. Not even a cup to drink tap water. Broken TV.
Hostel très propre et calme. Salle de bain et WC individuels à la chambre c'est un plus. Le petit déj a 9€ est tout de même minimalist.
room doors do not have slow close so people constantly slam them at all hours of the night. Room lockers for valuables do not fit a standard carry on rolling bag so your valuables will not be secure even if you have a lock. Finally, the cleaning staff were extremely rude and condescending upon checking in. Area is also not very nice and very loud, but can get to Old Port close by walking.
Un hébergement en plein cœur de ville, idéal pour visiter Marseille ! Une chambre partagée propre avec de l’espace et un rangement sous clé possible. Grande salle de bain, attention au sol carrelé…ou l’ensemble des carreaux se détachent… Un équipe disponible et sympathique, je recommande !
