Fantastic stay. Service was excellent, Ananda was amazing, super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good and I enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub. The rooms were nice and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook. The location can't be beat, walking distance to Westgate, tons of restaurants nearby. Close to activities and outlet shopping. Would absolutely stay here again.

Location

The breakfast was better than most with a wide variety of choices and ample portions. The location was ideal as our event took place at the Diamond Arena. It is close enough to walk to yet far enough away to avoid the noise.

Upon check in we were told that a charge of $40.00 per room for "incidentals" would be charged to my credit card. The fee would cover the $10.00 per night per room parking fee or any other items charged to our rooms. We charged no items to our rooms so the only fees we were responsible for was $40.00 total for the two room for two nights to park our cars. When I checked my credit card charges at home on 5/20/2025 and found both rooms were charged $90.00 for incidentals with charges "pending". I called the hotel and spoke to Melanie M. She checked the charges and agreed that the charges were incorrect but gave me a mind numbing explanation of what transpired. She said she would correct the problem. The following day credits were issued to my card but not in the full amount of the overcharge. I called Melanie again and explained why the new charges were still incorrect. She gave me more complicated reasoning she then offered to transferred my call to the General Manager Rashad Shipman. I explained the issue to Rashad and after some investigation he agreed that I was over charged, would correct the credit amount and would drop the $40.00 in parking fees for my troubles. I thanked him and added I would be watching for the changes to my account. The following day the credit card charges moved from "pending" to "posted" and although changes were made the amounts were still incorrect. Again I called the hotel and asked to speak to Rashad. I was told he was out and my call was transferred to Ananda Khamphasithivong, the front office manager. Ananda reviewed the account and agreed the charges were incorrect and would credit my credit card account appropriately. By the end of that day, Friday the credits were posted correctly.
