Good dinner menu Lovely large room Fantastic staff

The pillows were like concrete so did not help for a good night's sleep We unfortunately were on the top floor, very difficult narrow and steep stairs to struggle up with or without cases! Windows in dire need of maintenance Husband very disappointed to find there were no cooked breakfasts!

Nice hotel in the middle of the town. Nice beer garden with plenty of seats. Dinner and breakfast were nice. Plenty of parking.

Breakfast was continental and cereals. A hot option would be nice.

Travelled as a group of 9 cyclists and stayed in 5 rooms. The team made us very welcome, allowed us to store our bikes in a locked garage overnight and were very helpful at check-in directing us to our various rooms. No complaints, only compliments, from any of the "boys" on leaving - a rare exception. Glad I booked. Bar area was busy with locals - friendly atmosphere - good selection of draught drinks at reasonable prices.

Some would have like a cooked breakfast but the continental spread was excellent and regularly topped up.

Great location to explore the town, lovely old traditional building.

Excellent customer service, staff very friendly, helpful and great attitude.

The hotel was excellent with good food the bar was cosy and the price of drinks good value..The temperature of the building was just right including the rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was close to the hotel and free after registering.
