Hotel is comfortable and the restaurant food was superb

The roof top bar only opened at 2 pm which on sunny days is a bit restrictive if you want a water or cold drink.

"A good base to explore San Sebastián - expensive for what it was with unforeseen additionional costs"

Everything was very well presented and location was suitable.

Parking was €25 a night. There was a very loud wedding when we arrived. Sunbeds were always reserved with towels and guests were not there! Room service noted breakfast €15 but when we phone to order we were told it was €25. Spa an additional €20pp (despite 300 a night for hotel!) not advertised prior to arrival

"First class hotel and service"

As a fairly well travelled family, we know a good hotel when we find one and this is a good hotel (rooms, beds, air con, toiletries, location, breakfast, gym, service, staff). However, one of the main reasons for this review is our family became ill with a gastro virus and the staff at the hotel looked after us very well under difficult circumstances. Not all hotels would have done this, but this hotel did. I fully recommend this hotel, not only is it excellent but you can rely on staff to help you and go that bit extra when you really need it. Thank you.
