Had difficulty in locating the hotel entrance and parking facilities. Was confusing because the entrance had a no entry sign!

- beautiful spa area - great location - nice that they offer umbrellas

- had to pay extra for the spa - horrible smell in the bathroom - wasnt very clean - staff at the reception on the day we left was rude af also they need to learn english

The room was elegant, spacious and exceptionally comfortable, with attention to detail and quality throughout. The breakfast was generous, varied and delicious, and the dinner at the hotel was excellent! We enjoyed a beautiful spa experience and a great massage I had in a long time. The staff were outstanding; professional, warm and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to the reception team for their kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay.

This is a very minor detail, but I would suggest a different bedding setup. The duvet tended to slip out of the cover during the night. I have noticed this in several accommodations throughout Spain, so it may simply be a local preference rather than an issue specific to the hotel :)
