Hyatt House Louisville East

Employees were very friendly and the hotel was extremely, clean. Will definitely stay there again when I come back to Louisville.

I stayed at this property for 3 nights during an industry convention in Louisville. While a little out of the way, it was easier to drive east than north on 1-65 after the meetings. I'm a lifetime Hilton Diamond member and this property reminds me of what Hilton properties USED to be like, clean, current with friendly service. It's really not too much to ask. Breakfast was very good, but got a little repetitive. Excellent restaurants nearby, with Del Frisco's Steakhouse just across the parking lot. It was excellent. If the World of Hyatt Program were better, I would considering dumping Hilton. I would return here in the future, well done!

This is a hotel that is a notch above. I expected a run of the mill, suburban hotel with a crappy breakfast and a run down exercise area. I was pleasantly surprised to be warmly welcomed by staff that truly cared about my stay and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy. The breakfast was fantastic, and even included an omelette station! The workout facility was clean and features ellipticals, treadmills, a Peloton and a rower in addition to free weights and a universal. Choose this hotel, you’ll be glad you did!

Hotel was nice, breakfast was top notch for a hotel

Average hotel. We were at the end of our 3 week road trip and stayed at many different hotels. Hyatt was average but comfortable, nothing exceptional.

The staff at the front desk was very nice the Cleanliness was below 0 and when whom ever came to clean the room to remove dirty blankets that had blood snot and what ever else that was all over the bed they didn’t even bother to leave a clean towel or take the dirty ones.

My husband and I stayed at your hotel for our anniversary, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing due to ongoing air conditioning issues. When we arrived, our room temperature was 79°F. We set the thermostat to 68°F and waited about 30 minutes, but the temperature did not change. We then lowered it to 65°F, but although the thermostat displayed 65°F, the room remained uncomfortably warm. We contacted the front desk and were told that the unit was an “eco AC” system that required time and movement to cool. We understand that, but if the thermostat is incorrectly reading the room temperature, it cannot properly regulate the air. The only solution offered at the time was a fan. After another hour and a half without improvement, I still couldn’t sleep especially uncomfortable since I’m wearing a medical boot. We left the room for a while to cool off and returned just before 1:00 a.m, but it was still hot. I called the front desk again and requested a new room, because I can’t sleep. The new room was somewhat better it was warm (75 degrees) but the temperature began to drop within 15 mins. This experience was extremely disappointing, particularly on what was meant to be a special occasion for us. We pick this hotel for the reviews and not the price. I would have rather stayed in a cheaper hotel where the A/C worked or the front desk move use immediately rather having to sit for hour before moving.
