"Highly recommended for a girls/boys trip post exams!"

The staff were so lovely and made us all feel very welcome! The pool was very clean and the location was beyond amazing! Perfect for us group of girls wanting to go out on the strip or for dinner in Malia Old Town. The staff were also great in helping to organise our taxis to and from the airport as well as bus transfer into Heraklion.

We had a few left over pieces of rubbish when we arrived to our room, such as in the bin, but it didn’t really bother us due to the value for money!

They went in my suitcase and stole €200. Reported to police. The picture shows my tampered suitcase in which they went into my bag as well

Personalen var väldigt trevliga.

Hotellet var inte något familjehotell som jag läste när jag beställde. Ett riktigt hålligångställe med riktigt högljudda ungdomar. Vi hade barn och barnbarn. Särskilt en sv familjerna med ett barn på 6 år hade svårt att sova pga att det var ett himmelens liv i lägenheterna runt omkring som höll på till 06.00 på morgonen. Frysen hade inget handtag. Inget duschdraperi Svårt att låsa ytterdörr. Personalen i receptionen var väldigt trevlig Men som sagt. Skränigt och bökigt. Vill man vara igång hela natten så är det ett bra hotell Jag tycker det är märkligt att man kallar det för familjehotell Frukosten var sisådär. Vi fixade egen efter en gång

Great poolside bar. Good sized balcony. Perfect location everything you need close by. Really nice staff.

Not great shower and very chlorinated pool but these are minor issues really.

Nice facility and very friendly reception and bar staff however, dim/no lighting especially in bathroom had to use our phone torches, rock solid beds, limited utensils with no soap or sponge to wash up so lack of cleanliness aswell as only changing sheets and towels once during a 7 nights stay. Overall you get what you pay for.

A perfect stay at Malia Ilios Resort! We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Special mention to the bar — the cocktails were amazing and the staff super friendly, creating a great atmosphere every evening. The pool was absolutely beautiful, always clean and perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. An ideal spot for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation. We’ll definitely be back!
