Hotel in perfect location for party holiday people. Food and drinks were nice and pool area was perfect. But also please read the negatives below!

We had some very bad experiences at this hotel. 1. Our power in our room kept going out and flicking so during our week stay we had an electrician called twice to sort it out, meaning we had to stay in our room and wait almost 2 while we could’ve been getting dinner etc. 2. Security was extremely unfriendly - one night we accidentally lost the room key and he said we had to sleep on the sun loungers until staff came in at 9am. We were willing to pay money for a new key if we could just be let into our room tonight and he said he had no access to the rooms. We saw this as extremely unsafe as a group of young girls in a party destination and no one on site can get into the rooms???? 3. €200 was stolen from our room, either by staff or cleaners as no one else had been in the room. When we spoke to reception about it she got extremely angry and began shouting. The money was hidden in our bags in an unobvious place and they had rifled through the bags to find it. She asked why we hadn’t used the safe, but on reading the reviews it states money had previously been taken from multiple safes. We also spoke to other guests who said they’d had the same problem. So disappointing as the money had been kept especially for an expensive taxi ride back to Chania airport and we had to take out the money again

Sängarna var Sten hårda, ac funkade inte alls, det gick inte att spola i toaletten, fanns ingen hår fön som det stod att de skulle finnas, personal städade inte fast det ingick. Duschen var vidrig vi behövde ha skor på oss.

Wonderful location, easy walk to beach etc. we had a wonderful time ☺️

La habitación me parecio muy fea la de 3 camas .muy simple ni una decoración .cocina muy fea.luz muy depriente en realidad .no fue nada acogedor la habitacòn.el desayuno zumo de naranja no fresco y cafè caliente instantanio .nada màs agradable que un buen Zumo fresco y un cafè de maquina bien preparado.

Très bon séjour .nous reviendrons avec plaisir le personnel est au top maria anna pour le menage et toute l equipe la piscine est très agréable ensoleillée Si je dois revenir en crete et à malia je reviendrais ici

Seul petit bémol absence de micro onde qui serai un grand plus pour réchauffer les plats
