The multiple pools and facilities at the beach side

Hotel should have live band or night show/acitivity at the beach or the pool side. Breakfast area should be made exclusive for those staying in suite

The property was well maintained and the staff polite and professional. A lot of things for kids and close to the beach.

The road to it was terrible. I know it’s an island but it took 1.5hrs to drive 13km.

The gym was somewhat smaller than expected compared to the facilities at H*** R*** Hotel. Expanding the range of equipment and creating a more spacious and comfortable workout environment would further enhance the guest experience.

Zimmer waren gut. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Polster der liegen kaputt, Sitzgelegenheiten an der Bar unpassend oder defekt und Strand nicht sauber. Highlight ist der Infinitiy Pool.

Lautes chaotisches Frühstück. Zustand der Anlage im Freien. Strand ungepflegt und mit Müll

The beachfront location, beautiful sea view, clean facilities, and excellent breakfast. Most importantly, the staff were very caring and professional. Special thanks to Ms. Cika, Ms. Azizah, and the housekeeping team for their prompt response and sincere efforts in resolving the room issue. Their hospitality turned a concern into a pleasant experience.

There was an unpleasant smell in our room during the first part of our stay. However, the team responded quickly, followed up closely, and ensured the issue was resolved. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was greatly appreciated.
