Rooms are causy, personal is very helpful

Location is a bit far from George Town - you can easily wait 30 min for taxi and then have 1.30 drive in the the evening

Tucked in the corner of Barry Ferrangi if you just want to stay in the hotel

- too far from everything - doesn’t measure up to the Angsana brand. It’s an average 4-5 star hotel - housekeeping staff probably not through. Found coffee stains in the cup when I checked in - Breakfast buffet only so so. 5 star hotel across S.E.Asia has much premium buffet spread. This one was a carb-load

We loved the room! The bed and pillows were so cozy, and waking up to that gorgeous sea view was amazing.

The kids' pool area gets quite hot during the day. I would highly suggest adding some shade over the pool area, as well as more chairs for parents to comfortably sit and supervise their children. Additionally, it would be amazing if there was a way to order snacks and drinks directly at the pool area, perhaps by connecting it with the kitchen service, to make the poolside experience even better.

The room is large, able to fit trundle bed family of three .nice sea view, wonderful and able to view the fire ice show from room balcony. AC is comfortably cool..nice design of bathroom with bath tub abd separated QC and shower. Opulent design and colours of lobby. Comfortable stay. End of penang island, quiet. Breakfast has nice local varieties plus cold cuts etc fit for international travellers. The single beds were very comfortable, just right.

Simple swimming pool but it is warm and equipped with jacuzzi.. Also tried Saturday night grill by the bay buffet, for the price it's insufficient variety and taste. Could either lower price or increase variety.

Walkway condition, certain area needs to repair or improve.
