Sonder is always an A place to stay. Location was perfect for me to attend a mega conference at the convention center. Tha apartment was clean to the minimum detail. No issues with our stay! Strongly recommended place to stay!

"Great stay at the Sonder"

Ended up staying in their 3 king and 2 bathroom suite in New Orleans in the Warehouse district. Great central location and within minutes from Rouses so the full kitchen was awesome to have. Only salt and pepper available but still good. Plenty of dishwasher pods and laundry pods. It does take a while to dry, but that’s because it’s a condenser dryer. Could have used an extra hand towel in the bathrooms and kitchen towels, but there was plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. Communication via the Sonder app was very helpful and they were very prompt with any issues. Our coffee maker needed to be replaced and a rep came the next morning with a brand new coffee maker which was sooooo great. Would definitely stay at a Sonder again!!

Restaurant downstairs was loud no laundry soap, not enough towels no dish towels. Beds were hard. Thermostat was difficult to figure out.

I loved the cleanliness of the place and also the privacy and security. My complaints maybe the shower water could have hotter and the mattress a tap less firm. Other than tho i still rate it 5/5

Very comfortable, beds were great, nice bathrooms with a fan, laundry machine with some complimentary detergent, large living and dining area. Place is also close to the trolley.

Immaculate, open, light filled apartment, exceeded expectations in amenities/kitchenware provided. Totally enjoyed hanging out in the unit, as well as exploring the warehouse district of NOLA. Full grocery 2 blocks away, easy walking to the French Quarter and the Convention Center. Very affordable, nice to have dishwasher and washer/dryer!

Great location and perfect for the family. Enjoyed our stay. Unit was a little “tired”. Hole in the bathroom wall where TP holder was replaced. Paint needed a refresh and pillows were fairly flat. All that said, we would stay again as it met our needs.
