The unit was clean and customer service was quickly accessible. However, we had power outages every day of our 5 day stay, which caused me to be late to work meetings and we spent hours just sitting in the dark. They never fixed the issue during our stay. Again, customer service was very responsive and they offered a refund, but we just wanted to have consistent power. As long as your power works, you’ll enjoy the unit. It was like having a private apartment with a virtual concierge.

Great apartment, we enjoyed our stay. Very big and spacious, shampoo, conditioner and body wash available. Great kitchen, the only thing missing in the kitchen was a oven tray, but the rest was great.

The sheets were not clean. Hair and brown spots were on the sheets. The shower was not clean. Hair and residue was in the shower. The rug in the den was in horrible condition. There qas no replacement hand soap in the essentials closet.

The property was well maintained and there was all of the materials you might need in your stay. After registering with Sonder, prior to my stay, I got emails and text messages with all the information and key codes for when I arrived.

The apartment was very cool. Nice furnishings. Very clean. The surrounding neighborhood is very quiet at night. In an up-and-coming neighborhood. We did have a problem with the refrigerator which makes beeping noises for 10 minutes after opening it. I also would suggest they add a black out curtain in the bedroom for those of us who are light sensitive. Other than that it was very easy to enter from the street and into the building and the unit. Only an 18 minute walk to Preservation Hall in the French quarter. Very accessible to all parts of the city. I highly recommend breakfast at Bearcat which is right down the street. The food was delicious!
