Nice clean room and facilities, the hotel manager was very helpful when our booking was screwed up.

Beds were a little uncomfortable, thats about all I can say negative.

My stay at this Motel 6 in Cleveland was an exercise in frustration. While the front desk staff member was genuinely friendly and helpful, the facility itself is desperately in need of an overhaul. The most infuriating issue is the antiquated magnetic key card system, which deactivates instantly if it comes anywhere near a phone, wallet, or AirTag; I was forced to treat the card like a volatile object, requiring a constant, exhausting "delicate dance" just to avoid being locked out. To make matters worse, I arrived at 10 PM to a wet floor, the room lacked basic toiletries beyond a single low-quality bar of soap, the TV remote required immense force and patience to operate, and I was left entirely disconnected with no usable Wi-Fi and practically zero cell service.
