Regency Inn

The price is low, but why are they renting a room that does not have water running in the toilet? The water to the rest of the room worked fine and it wasn't just turned off at the base. One of the light switch to the room they provided also didn't work... hopefully they just rented this room by mistake and are fixing the issues... hopefully the man at the counter isn't dismissive when he's notified of issues w the hotel in the future either...

Plug inside looked like they were about to catch on fire, I reserved a single room with a king size bed and a sofa, I received a single queen size bed and no sofa, and while this is a minor issue, I had to hook the cable and tb up so we could use them.

Poorly lit at night. Clerk on checking was very unfriendly. Poor lock on door. No coffee maker. Bathroom light must have had a short. Took my shower in a strobe light. I have video of it.

This is the worst property I’ve ever seen, hands down.

ROOM WAS MUSTY

Would of been nice to have coffee in room.

This is an old and not well maintained property. Paint flaking off walls, mildew in bathroom tile caulking and fixtures removed and not replaced. Towels are very thin, small and not very white. Bed was ok but otherwise room was quite unpleasant. Hairs, dead fly, and debris in sink and shower. Room was filled with flies when I arrived. Managed to kill several but still flying around in the morning. This place is inexpensive but scary. Won't stay here again. Looks like rating is inflated with fake reviews as no one in their right mind would give this place a 10.

There was bed bugs

Though I expressly looked for a “pet-friendly” establishment- the manager seemed *very* uncomfortable with my 25# poodle mix. He charged a $20 fee- not a deposit for my dog. The room was painted mismatched shades of blue. The bathroom door had been smashed, there was a truck up on blocks in the parking lot. The ice machine didn’t work, and the Area was covered in trash. It felt very seedy!

My stay was just what I needed... a place to shower and to sleep after long days at a conference. Even though it got down to 29 outside, I never needed the heat on , my room stayed comfortable and warm. It was also sound proof which wa important ne exheat.
