The towels were filthy looked like someone wiped their feces on them bad attitude and lied and was just rude n filthy n charged more than when I called n asked for price I wish I could find a corporate number or someone above the guy at front desk if anyone know pls leave a comment thank you

I found about 8 roaches or bed bugs in the bed after pulling back the covers because I felt like I was being bit. I would stay far away from this place.

It was moldy smelling. Not enough towels. Needs lots of work needs paint and cleaned better

Really liked this motel! Great deal, comfy bed, clean room, and dog friendly! Best part was how awesome and cold the AC got when the temperature outside was in the high 90’s/100! Ray at the front desk was super helpful and gave us recommendations in the area. There are a few drywall holes but didn’t bother us. Overall a nice stay.

Doors were hard to open and close. Paint peeling off walls. No coffee pot in room. Had to go to office and bring dirty towels in order to get clean ones. Musty odor in room so strong that we had to go buy air freshener. Clerk asked when we checked in how we got such a low price and that the price was usually $80 per night. I wouldn't pay $10 a night to stay there again.

We made reservations with Hotels.com around 5pm on June 3. Went to the hotel about 6 pm. They don’t have a computer at the front desk, the clerk had to call her boss to look at his phone for reservations. He said no reservation had been made. I had to pay again with my credit card because it was on of the last rooms available. Now Hotels.com refuses to refund me. The hotel said my reservation came in at 2 am on June 4. Hotel was old and room was a fixer upper. No coffee or breakfast. Never will stay there again.

I was warmly greeted at check-in and he offered lots of helpful tips about where to eat, shopping, etc. The room was dated, which wasn’t terrible—let’s say “nostalgic”vibe. I also reserved a king, but was switched to 2 queens, also not the end of the world. But the WiFi was terribly unreliable, almost it was circulating in availability. There were holes that went through the bedspread, you could see the blanket. And the towels were grey and getting threadbare. The bath had mold underneath the caulking. Lastly, I reserved online and paid more than their sign at the entrance to their lot…after the rest, that would’ve been a more accurate price. I tried to offer my comments with the same gent, who was also there at check-in, he was defensive and told me to check the 63 reviews—I explained I did & that’s why I made the reservation—an unfortunate way to leave El Reno.

No frills budget motel good service and comfortable. Clean.

We stay here whenever we come to El Reno. It's clean and friendly. We don't hang out in the room so the fact it's a no-frills place is perfect for us. We stay at similar hotels across the country and this hotel is perfect! Clean, friendly, safe😎👍
