Sandyhill Guest House

The shower wasn’t working so I was unable to shower in my room before I departed. When I contacted the owners after I had left I didn’t receive an apology and was made to feel it was my own fault. When I asked for compensation they stated I was entitled to £3.50. I found it most bizzare! The room was also dated and the appliances were old ie the kettle and bathroom fittings.

Arrived very late but all details were provided before arrival. Room had everything we needed and the treats were greatly appreciated.

The view but didn’t really matter as we were passing through.

The property was clean and tidy

Everything was fine there wasn’t anything wrong with the property

I loved the little touches like the Welsh cakes, bottles of water, wine, tea and coffee selection, carton of milk and little fridge. WiFi and parking were good too.

Tiny tv but most importantly the mattresses which I struggled to get comfortable on. I think they need replacing. If they had been good it would have been such a better experience.

My room was so clean and comfortable. Was a nice surprise to see a pint of milk, along with a bottle of wine left for me in the fridge. Mary, the guesthouse owner was so kind and friendly. I visited during the Ironman weekend and it was lovely that she had fully embraced the event.

A gem of a guest house with an easy check in and check out. Coveniently located near to Tenby and Saundersfoot. Beautiful welcoming touch, with the bottle of wine and pack of Welsh cakes. Definitely reccommend a stay and intend to go bzck ourselves. Thank you Sandyhill.
