Dos aposentos e sua localização

O horário dos trabalhadores e o pagamento a estes no dia de check in: nem os vimos! Não me parece justo pagar pelo dia de check in para funcionários que saem às 4:00PM e onde o check in começa ás 02:00 PM. É muito esquisito: era preferível aumentar mais ZAR-10-15 mas retirar o pagamento no dia do check in ou, laternativamente, no dia do check out. De facto, os serviços prestados ao hóspede iniciam na noite de chegada e o funcionário começa a ser útil no dia seguinte pois não vive lá.

Fantastic property equipped with everything you could need, we were lucky enough to be the only people staying here so we had the place to ourselves. Awesome sea view, awesome atmosphere and friendly staff.

Unfortunately the previous guests left with the keys so we were unable to lock up when we left for our daily adventures, the, fan and aircon were not working but they were replaced the last day of our trip. When we left the security stuffed a large tip box in our face and refused to open the boom gates for us unless we left a tip.

"Unbeatable value Ponta Malongane"

Exceptional value in Mar Azul estate. Being only 3 people most of the other houses only cater for large crowds. Perfect, peaceful location close to all the restaurants. Highly recommend at this price. Ideal for a couple and 2 children or 3 friends! This was open plan but enough space with a covered verandah and shared pool area. Mar Azul is very safe and we never felt worried. Bonus was whale season and we could see so many from our deck.

No a bad word to say...water pressure could have been better but definitely was not something that would spoil a lovely stay in this stunning part of the world.
