The location is excellent for visiting Seville’s historic city center, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The apartment itself is nice; however, it would benefit from a thorough deep clean and painting. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness was very poor and significantly affected our stay.

The whole apartment was not properly cleaned, and the shower drain was clogged, emitting a very unpleasant smell. Although we reported the issue, the host only intervened after two days. In addition, the lack of window mosquito-nets, combined with the insufficient cleaning and the high temperature, likely contributed to the presence of various insects inside the apartment. Moreover, noise from the upstairs apartment was quite disturbing, especially during the night (till 4AM), which made it difficult to rest properly. Overall, despite its great location, I would not recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay

The apartment was very well located and I could easily walk to all the main monuments and important spots in the city. It was also very clean and comfortable. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it.

Great location in the old town, everything you should see is within walking distance. Awesome communication with the host. The apartment had everything needed for several days stay and perfectly clean.
