HAIAN Riverfront Hotel Da Nang

- Friendly welcoming staff - Arrived early so utilised bag drop facility, great service - On arrival, it look's like you need to go up a few stairs to get to the hotel, if you have a suitcase there is an elevator in the coffee shop below which will take you to the lobby/rooms. - Balcony view of the river and dragon bridge was great. - Ear plugs are provided as the hotel is downtown and they did mention on arrival it can be noisy, but I had no issues and found it to be one of the quieter hotels i've stayed in whilst in Vietnam - I was on floor 9. - Lot's of choices for breakfast - pastries were very tasty!

- Nothing I didn't like :)

Bathroom was small but ok.. balcony was also small.

The location

The room. Looked out to a concrete shaft. The lights shone till nearly midnight. No blackout curtains. No sleep The Management. Showed Care Factor Zero. Got some weak explanation. Couldn’t give a shit Breakfasts were very ordinary

ドラゴンブリッジを望むロケーションは最高。私にとってホテル選びの最重要ポイントであるバスタブとお湯の出方は問題なかった。セキュリティーBOXに不具合があったが直ぐにスタッフが対応してくれた。最も印象的だったのは、女性スタッフの接客態度が熱心且つ丁寧であったこと。

あえて改善点をと聞かれたら、朝食のサラダに少しバラエティーが欲しかった。 一部の男性従業員の接客態度が女性スタッフに比べると残念なレベルだった。

Lovely staff Good location Our room is close to the main road so it’s a bit noisy so the receptionist offered us a free 30 min foot message and it was a very good experience.

Some facilities are a bit old but very clean.
