Location is amazing

The check in process (no one onsite - you have to wait for a text message which then sends you walking around the building to find a premises with lockboxes) and no onsite parking (through Kula) we had stayed at same building through another property management- parking was onsite as was checkin.

Amazing spot! The view over the water and city lights at night! Very helpful staff considering I was a little confused with checking in but was shown through the process by a very nice staff member where you pick up the keys 🙂 very quiet spot considering it's right in the city. Loved all of it! I'll be back in a few weeks!

I wouldn't say I diddnt like it was just a new way of checking in I hadn't experienced before. But was very easy to navigate🙂

The location

Staff kept me waiting to check in over 45 mins The key fob broke I was locked out of the building for over 1.5 hours and was a nightmare to deal with someone on the ground that could help me. Horrible experience won't be back anytime soon

Room was clean and comfortable location was great tram at front door very good value for money recommend

Clean, comfortable apartment. Great view. Easy communication with the host. Would definitely stay here again when I'm next in melbourne.

Close to transport, nice and quiet, very clean and well looked after. Instructions and communication excellent, for parking and picking up keys.

Very happy overall.
