Shaun at the front desk was a great help, the valet parking was a great touch that eliminated the stress of finding a random parking spot on the side of the road. If you a cowboys fan this is the place to stay, the Ford center aka the Star is right down the street, like 200 yards.

I liked everything about this place.

The receptionist gave us exceptional service! She was friendly, yet professional and very informative. She went out of her way to inform us about things to do in the area and places to eat. Thank you Leah for your great service! The hotel was beautifully decorated and very clean. I love the way the rooms are setup with the wide door and the way the bathroom was setup as well.

Great hotel and room, but the best part??? the staff! VERY friendly, go out of their way to make you feel special. And Shai was by far the staff member of the year for finding a pair of shoes we left behind!

At Canopy Frisco for 3 nights while my son participated in US Army Bowl Combine. Had a great stay but Shai needs to be rewarded upon her exceptional service for my goof today! She was the first to welcome us at check in and then after we left, drove to airport I realized I left my wallet in the room safe!! I called the hotel to let them know I’d be back and after arriving not only had someone run to room to retrieve the wallet, Shai was back and realized I had also left my keys! Goodness!! It is people like her and her genuine kindness that make a place shine regardless of the amenities a hotel does or does not provide. Blessings to you Shai!! I cannot thank her enough.

Comfortable bed, very quiet room. Staff was very friendly. Zeff at the food service area was very helpful and gave me a discount so it all could go on my room under my food credit.

Great location! Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Restaurant onsite had great breakfast options and we had amazing service by Zeff! He was super friendly and accommodating.

JD was very helpful with our unique request of needing an early check in for a medical school interview. We are traveling from Missouri and we needed a quiet space. He took great care of us and made us feel like we were a priority!
