"Soulless. Remote"

Plain modern hotel without much service.

Only valet parking and the whole routine is archaic. Means to be modern and hip but it's just inefficient and stupid. Not at all walking distance to the area restaurants and shops. Plain and soulless public spaces

"Too cool to care about hospitality"

So many things are wrong in this hotel. But the most grievous are the inhospitable clerks at the front desk, the parking scam that forces you to use valet parking, the disgusting state of their rooms (yuck smeared on the shower walls, stains on the carpet, black grout in the bathroom and a general bad odor) and the cleaning person who is talking on her phone the whole time she is “cleaning”. Stay away if you know the difference between a good hotel and a trashy one.

"Wonderful Hotel and Staff"

I’ve stayed here several times and each visit has been exceptional. The hotel is clean and most importantly the entire staff has been so friendly each time and made us feel so welcome. I wish I knew everyone’s name because they all deserve to be recognized but I can say that Zef was great when I’d go down to get my breakfast.

"Best Beds!"

ZEF & all staff are fantastic !! I would stay again. The only downside is paying for parking. I think a valet is around $35.00.
