Country Inn & Suites By Radisson, Little Falls, Mn

This hotel has went downhill. Booked 4 days. The toilet malfunctioned, the shower clogged. Reported to front desk. Said they would have a maintenance person look at it. Returned to room later that night, door had been left open and unsecured. Money left for housekeeping tip was gone, but our room was never cleaned. The toilet and shower were not fixed. Front desk reported to corporate that they had switched our room to accommodate us, which was false. We have been booking rooms here since the hotel first opened. Will not ever stay here again. Don't waste your money. Will stay in St Cloud.

Traveling across the country for work. Stayed here it’s my hometown. Thought the hotel was nice for the price especially in Little Falls a town not known for much. Experience was fine front desk staff was friendly despite not actually running the card through the machine so we could access the hotel. A simple mistake really. Upon checkout come to find out my wife and I are charged $250 extra for having our cats we are moving across the country with. Nowhere on the website does it state dogs only. Now if it said dogs only my wife and I wouldn’t have even stayed here. I contact the owner and he states he doesn’t have to say anything about what animals are allowed. I believe he does this so he can charge people who bring other pets outside of dogs ie cats. He’s a shady businessman and he knows he can charge this because most people won’t argue it or fight it cause it isn’t worth the time or money to do so. Overall experience was great except getting scammed by a very shady businessman. I don’t recommend staying here unless you plan on spending more than you initially thought you would.

Almost everything was spectacular, with the slight exception of the $150 price tag (for a small town Saturday night) and the undercooked eggs and sausage links. I would have left 4.5 stars, but they don't have that option. However, for the exact same price, this hotel is WORLDS better than the AmericInn across the road and hidden behind Pizza Ranch.

I’ve stayed at this location multiple times due to work a couple miles away at the military base. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. Rooms are always clean. Breakfast is very good for a continental breakfast. I do have to say the coffee is very weak.

I was delighted, truly delighted, by my recent stay here. The front desk checkin process was warm, friendly and so welcoming! The breakfast room and offerings were cheery, tasty and comfortable with a feeling of (almost) being at home. I enjoyed the milder breakfast sausage over the typical spicy style usually encountered. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

We enjoyed a restful and comfortable overnight stay following a campus tour of St. John's University / College of St. Benedict. The beds were very comfortable, room was clean, and breakfast was plentiful. We had one problem with the hot tub, but it was resolved quickly and in a generous manner. I highly recommend this hotel.

My sister and I stayed here for a sister weekend and attended the annual craft fair. Our room was ready at check in. The staff was pleasant. The room and common areas were clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. It was a Saturday night. It was very expensive, more than I care to spend but we did reserve the last available room and it was a few months in advance so we took it.

Overall a great experience. The pool was really nice - our kids enjoyed their time playing - and it was comfortable to hang out while they did. The breakfast was better than expected. Glad we checked it out as it was better than going anywhere else.

I booked this hotel semi last minute and one of the only rooms available was a Jacuzzi suite. Upon walking into my room I could smell an odor which I think comes from having the Jacuzzi near carpet. It wasn't horrible just noticeable. Bed was comfortable, room and bathroom were clean though. I checked in and the front desk staff were very nice and friendly! Was surprised that the elevator was on the other end of the hotel from the front desk - however since its not that large of a hotel but just odd to me. Other than the slight odor from the moisture in the room it was clean and comfortable. I did use the hot tub in the pool area and it was very nice - good bubbles and temperature. Did not use the pool. No market in the lobby so make sure to bring your own food and snacks - however the front desk gave me a bottle of water and bag of chips on check in (which I found to be a nice touch). I am usually a Hilton hotel family guy but none of their brands are anywhere in the area and Country Inns are always one of my alternatives and I've stayed in this one before when I've had to go to Camp Ripley and they have always been good to me. Breakfast was nice, but trying to stay away from carbs they didn't have scrambled eggs or omeletes in the hot tray just sausage (the other option was pancakes) they also have the usual waffle maker and then toast/bagles/etc. I would stay here again if I am in the Little Falls/Camp Ripley area.
