We had to leave early so no breakfast and coffee pot in our room did not work

Called and booked with Alex, such a young and ambitious man. He helped get me a decent rate. 145.00 for a weekend is not a horrible price. When I checked in, Vicki was awesome and friendly. I think the management at this place is fantastic. I had an issue with my toilet, maintenance was there within 10 minutes, which some Hiltons that I have stayed at haven't even succeeded at. Housekeeping was amazing, friendly, and super flexible. Alex again checked me out, and again, kudos to this man, he is going to go far in this industry. Whoever owns this property has an amazing team.

Everything was very clean. I wish the water could have been warmer in the pool.

I wish the whirlpool would have been hotter otherwise the stay was very pleasant.

Ended up having 3 in our group cancel due to illness. The hotel refused to refund the rooms even after being assured by hotels.com customer service that everything was documented and the refund would be issued after getting approval from the hotel manager the following day. Lisa at the front desk is an unkind person to deal with.
