"A great time in Whitby"

Beds were extremely comfortable- we all had a great sleep. Living room and kitchen were very comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. Two bathrooms were so handy and the showers were great. Location was handy for shops, cafes and a great view of the Abbey.

Great location very close to centre and a lovely equipped property . Easy to find & the hosts were extremely helpful and great with communication. Couldn’t really fault the property. Lovely kitchen area for us to eat . Beds were very roomy and comfortable. Plenty of room to sit in the lounge with log fire , but the cottage was so warm we didn’t need to use it .The cottage had a lovely homely feel to it .

Although not really any parking at property we managed to park literally 2 minutes away. However ( our fault ) we didn’t really read the scratch card information fully & had realised we need to move our vehicles on the second day at 10am ( so if you arrive in the afternoon you don’t really get a full 2 days parking - but that’s the local councils fault) We unfortunately got a parking fine 😩. It’s worth noting the second bathroom/ shower is off the utility room on the ground floor & as there were 5 of us we needed 2 bathrooms- but it wasn’t an issue . Would definitely go again !
