Alpha Lodge Madarao

Room was awesome, excellent view. Breakfast was surprisingly good, defintely did not expect it as good for the price paid. Staff was awesome and welcoming, we managed to check in early as well but likely due to rooms being empty at the time any way. Still a good gesture

Toilets didn't have toilet paper, shower area could be better and the 'curfew' on the shower area isn't too convenient.

Close to the Slopes and to the restaurants, room very warm and clean. all the staff (all foreigners) was very friendly, kind and easy going. it' a typical Japanese Lodge, if you don't have high expectation and need a good place to stay, i recommend this for sure! in the evening you can gather together in the living room and have fun. Light breakfast is included and it's a plus.

most of the toilets were out of order (but I believe they will be repaired soon), however not a big problem. the description in the site says "Tv in the room" but no tv was there with the exception of the common space (living) not so important but i think must be updated.

朝食付きとなっていたが、部屋のシリアルを食べてくださいと、シリアルは部屋に無かった。 別エリアで食べるなら、料金が発生すると言われた。 部屋の隅はホコリでいっぱいだった。 フロントが無く、携帯に連絡をと張り紙があった。 携帯料金がかかり、担当者が一つ一つ、オーナーに確認していたので、かなりの通話料金が発生した。 シャワーヘッドのお湯の出が悪かった。バスマットもなかった。 トイレのスリッパも無かった。 布団が薄くて寒かったので、着てきたコートを布団の上にかけて、寝た。 宿泊代、現金支払いとカード支払いの金額が違っていた。 部屋に賞味期限切れのジャムやコーヒーが置いてあった。

Breakfast wasn't much of anything. Other workers were eating breakfast sandwiches while guest were left to toast and powder coffee.

Just seemed disorganized and random teenagers or young adults wandering around the lodge daily. Should be rebranded as Alpha Hostel.

スタッフの方々がヴィラまで案内して荷物を運んでくれたりととても親切でした。 スキー場へも近く便利でした。

Wi-Fiの案内が２日たってからわかるほど見つけにくいところにあったので、冷蔵庫とかわかりやすいところに貼ったほうがいい。 足元が冷える。

マネージャーがとても親切な対応で良かったです。

もう少しゲレンデに近いと助かりました。
