"Place was great except for housekeeping"

We checked in later in the evening and the night host was so kind, welcoming. We were very tired and he made us feel so welcome and comfortable right at check in.

The room was fantastic, we did have an issue with the electronic blinds so when the sun came up it was very bright in our room. We think the blind was stuck that would provide the room darkening feature.

Getting checked was a nightmare

Checking in for 45 mins on a hoilday , we could have been putting our things away and leaving .
