Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Cedar Springs - Grand Rapids N by IHG

This was my first time staying at this location and I will stay there again when in the area. It was clean. It was the quietest place I have ever stayed - didn't hear people talking in the hallways, staff were all professional and helpful. A truly delightful experience. The only negative was the amount of room for eating area. I took my plate up to my room to eat as there was nowhere else to sit.

The bathroom could have been cleaned better. Outlet by the bed doesn’t work and the one by the TV the USB is broken too.

Great biscuits and delicious coffee at breakfast. Superior king bed and linens offering a great night of comfortable sleep after a long travel day. Friendly and helpful staff at front desk at check in, breakfast and check out.

I stay at a lot of hotels for work and this Holiday Inn was simply outstanding! It was clean, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing. During our stay the battery on our car died. When I asked the manager if she had any jumper cables she not only offered cables but personally jumped our car off saving us time. This hotel is top notch in every way! Jim from Nashville!

The bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was excellent. Would recommend staying there.
