Conveniently located next to a shopping mall 7-11 and mcdonalds are both closeby Bus to universal studio - convenient but only 1 bus to and back. 8am in the morning from hotel to universal studio. 9:30pm from universal studio back to hotel. Non smoking rooms but the floor had a strong smoke smell Room itself was good size and comfortable

The room is very good and cleaned daily. The breakfast is good too, worth the price. I had paid for the stay through Expedia, yet the hotel charged my stay again after I checked out. I contacted the hotel and due to the time zone different, they cannot process my inquiry yet. I will continue contacting them, making sure they issue refund. I had been in 4 hotels all pre-paid through Expedia. This hotel is the only one double charged me. Due to economical crisis in China, some businesses may do shady practice in order to make more money. Please keep an eye on your credit card bill for possible mistake.
