Hilton Beijing Tongzhou

訂了3人房2晚，第一天到晚上11點多才入住，房內備品只有3人份，首先派了機器人送了牙刷，又送了一趟拖鞋，後來發現毛巾也不夠，打電話到前台說明，才又讓機器人送了一趟毛巾和浴巾。大半夜的一直在開房門和接電話，感受不是很好

Good service by the receptionists and conceirge.

It was a clean hotel. Breakfast selection was good. Staff spoke fairly good English. We enjoyed our stay.

Good location for those who wants to visit 通州 and theme park Universal Studio. They have free shuttle bus to and back from the park. But need to pre book and follow their times. The room is reasonably spacious and with good view. We love the room and facilities available. Staff are friendly and they answer calls from room. Hotel is fairly new and with good facilities. They have indoor gym and swimming pool.

When we want to go back from Universal Studio, the shuttle van were different from what we were told in the morning. We were told the same van would came and fetch us but we waited and waited but cannot find it. It was winter night with about -7°C windy night, we were walking in the open area seeking for our shuttle van and asking around for our hotel van. Ultimately after half and hour, we found a van with different number plate, not stating our hotel name, apparently it's our hotel shuttle van to go back. Not a crazily big problem but not something that we enjoy.

Very big room with nice view. Location far from center but it’s pretty good with a mall right next to the hotel and some local restaurants nearby.

Went to Beijing with my dad, and had a nice stay at the Hilton Tongzhou. It’s far from the Beijing city center, but I was there to visit relatives who live relatively nearby, and with it also being connected to a 6 story mall, had everything I needed out of a hotel while popping to family gatherings. The gym, although basic, is more than sufficient for someone in town for a few days, and the pool was very nice as well. We didn’t eat in the hotel, but the service and staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Definitely a hotel worth considering if you need to be in that part of Beijing.
