Holiday Inn Express Nice Grand Arenas by IHG

Decent location no free parking there is expensive paid parking shared with the Crown plaza, there is free street parking if you are lucky enough to find it close by. The hotel room was clean but on the smaller size the breakfast was decent with a good selection friendly helpful staff I would recommend it to anyone

It was very difficult to get in and out the parking, another issue also we had difficulty to get the air condition working in the room. We have to call the staff multiple times.

Nice and comfortable stay. Room was a good size and clean as was the bathroom. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast and the staff continually replenished what was available and always kept the breakfast room clean and tidy. Good location as the hotel is next door to a train station which easily enabled day trips to other places on Cote d'Azur. My room was very quiet and could not hear outside despite being very close to the busy airport, next door to a train station, tram line running past the hotel and my the room being near the neighbouring hotel restaurant outdoor area. So the hotel room I stayed in was very well soundproofed.

Close to bus stops, trams , train station . Easy to find

AC never worked whole night , inspire of giving the complaint , Just came did some quickly and gave me impression that it works after some time and it never worked, Finally staff arranged fan after 10 pm , never expected I end up night with a fan for while night.

Very convenient ( across from the Train Station and also near the airport). Front staff was very helpful and friendly. Did not have as much options for hot breakfast items.
