Terrible signage. Difficult to find. NO HOT WATER. No way to get luggage from parking lot without carrying it up stairs. No staff offered any help at any time

The AC in rooms was on continuous 19celciius. Could not make it go higher. The food in the restaurant was excellent t but the service was really horrible. Front desk was good. Brekky was great(and also because we served ourselves) Close to all transportation options.
